My i3 (2019; 111,000 km) with heatpump had no problems with heating so far.
This morning everything was working fine. Happy about that, since the temperatures are around freezingpoint overhere.
Around 11:00 hour this morning I updated my BMW app.
When I drove away this afternoon, I noticed that the heater didn't work anymore. (fan was working, but obviously the heatpump didn't work.
Since I didn't change any settings I suspected the update might have something to do with it. Although this would be very strange if true.
I stopped the car at my destination (for about 1 hour).
After leaving again, the heating performed as well as it always did.
Could this have anything to do with updating the BMW-app? Although previous updates never gaave me problems.
Or, if not, what could it be?
