When I signed up with IQ Autos, they were still sourcing i3s despite the warranty issue. They explained that while some vehicles were out of warranty, they offered extended warranties and thorough inspections to ensure quality. For a '21 i3 coming off lease, you might try other dealers specializing in EVs or check with IQ Autos again, as their inventory and policies may have changed.
