Owner's Choice or Owner's Choice with Flex?

Google searching 'i3 deals owner choice', the first one that comes up is Roswell, Georgia.

Their deal is $12500 down (which you get back in rebates), and $129/mo. I don't know what the configuration of that particular stock number is.

I assume this is 'owners choice' and not flex, since they're counting the $7500 as a discount of the down payment. (it really wouldn't be a good deal if this was flex and you owed them the car plus $7500 to satisfy the balloon payment)

Of course, This only works if you have $7500 in federal tax liability (i.e. make ~$80k a year or more) and qualify for the Georgia rebate (the details of which I don't know)

In Atlanta try David Attal at Global Imports or Dimitri Gossieaux at United BMW Roswell. Both great to work with. You can get better than the advertised special at United. I bought mine from David at Global only because United didn't have what I wanted. Most quotes I got for highly optioned BEV's were ~$450-500/month with $7.5K down. I got a good end of year deal on a nearly loaded Tera BEV ($51K MSRP) for $400/month with $7500 down (Owners Choice).
