Mine only worked the 1st 2 days after I got the vehicle. It's been about a week that I am not able to access the car position info using the app. Is anybody having the same problem?

Is the status of everything else working? IOW, how about the state of charge, the total miles, etc.? If those are static, then, regardless of what the app is saying about being updated, the car is not responding. Try to send it a command to honk the horn or something similar and see if it gets through. If not, last time that happened to me, the dealer ended up unplugging the telemetrics unit, then replacing the plug, and immediately, all of the stuff started to work again. It didn't matter how often I called and they reset my account...it was in the car, and the car, essentially, needed a full reboot to work.

You could also reset your telemetrics unit by yourself.

Just drive to a place where you have no cell coverage with the i3. Wait 15 min and it should be reseted.

Or you call the breakdown Service (I don't know how it is named in the Us version) from the car. Just tell the man there to reset your telemetric unit.
After an upload the car does and a connection loss everything will work again.

FWIW, BMW remotely reset my account multiple times, and the only thing that got things going again was to disconnect the telemetrics unit and replug it in. IOW, remote reset may or may not help, depending on what's wrong.
