Yes those are exactly the faults i would associate with a slipped reluctor ring. I don't actually believe that the cains on these stretch appreciably in this use case.I say that as a man with a new timing chain in a draw with nothing to do with it.You need to check all the reference marks on the engine, its simple to do and will tell you if you need to replace a rex, or actually if you can fix it in a few hours simply.If you replace the rex, its just as probably that the timing ring will slip so even on the new one i would look to pin it
