I recently purchased a BMW Certified 2022 i3; we love the car. EVERYTHING WORKS great, but I cannot successfully DC fast charge at either EA or EVgo. Both connect, seem to see the car, take my credit card, but then the charging session aborts without any charge being transferred. I had the dealer (a good one, with i3 experience, check the car and there are no faults), and it charges properly on their L3 charger. I have a L2 240VAC charger at home, and use the i3 as a "city car" but want the option to DC fast charge if needed in a pinch or a longer trip (although I have a Tesla for those). No one -- including the "help line" 800 number for the public charging companies -- seems able to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?
