It looks reasonable to me.I could nit pick it a bit and ask if the cap cost includes the fees, but it's already a 21% discount from MSRP.You might be able to lower your payments some if you didn't roll the fees and tax into your payment. That way you wouldn't be paying interest on them but it would be more cash due at signing. Just a thought.
