57% of Americans think they'll run out of range while driving ... 95% of EV owners reported they'd never run out of range while driving ... 77% were less or no longer concerned about range.

Many respondents also have a gasoline vehicle at home and the average daily distance of the survey group was 39 miles. Also, I'd assume most EV owners did basic research into their daily needs and charging situation before jumping in to the electric realm. So no surprise this is a largely positive response.
