Doors Unlock but Do Not Lock

Having an issue with my 2014 base model i3 where the doors will electronically unlock with the fob or with the unlock button on the doors themselves.
BUT the door lock buttons on the doors and the fob so not work at all.
Would that be a blown fuse? If so,would it be the 20 amp fuse for the lock system on the BDC behind the under-glove-box fuse box?

I've never seen a wiring diagram that shows that level of detail.

That fuse is easy to access and check, but I doubt that a fuse would cause just locking to not operate but leave unlocking operative.

Weird electric/electronic symptoms should be addressed by first making sure the 12v battery is not failing.
