Does anyone know what are the residuals for December. Say for a 36 months, 12K miles/year lease?

From what I saw, they stayed the same except for the REx residuals for 39+ months getting a slight bump. Sorry I don't have the exact numbers.

There has not been a change in the 36mo terms from when I last checked in Sept 2014. For 36mo with the following mileage:

15K - 50%
12K - +2% to 52%
10K - +3% to 53%

Is the residual calculated on the sale price or out the door price?
