I don’t know if your 2016 REX is covered under California CARB laws, but here are a couple of screen shots from my app. (“MyBMW”) - my 2017 i3-REX (I was informed by both BMW and CARB reps BEV is NOT covered by CARB extended warranty)


It MUST have been ORIGINALLY titled in a CARB state or is CURRENTLY registered in a CARB state.


See note:

  • Please verify if the vehicle was sold or is registered in a California Emissions Covered State
    (AZ, CA, CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, RI, VT, WA)
