    Cocomats in my i3

Great match and looks very nice. That's the same color I've been meaning to order for my '76 2002 with the navy blue interior.

    ROOF TRIM

I applied a 3/4" piece of black gaffer's tape over the rubber piece and carefully tucked the tape under the black trim piece.

    2015 i3 BEV 2nd Owner

Welcome to the forum. Cool reading about all the Bimmers you've had over the years. I used to autocross my '76 2002 which was especially quick with Supersprint headers. Both cars are quick and equally fun to drive.

    Come-along Accessories of 2018 i3

Our July 2018 build came with a 10 amp charging (yellow) cable. Also included in the frunk case housing the air compressor/tire repair kit was the wheel lock key for the included locking stud at each wheel.

Protonic Blue C01 touch-up paint not available at BMw

Could be; I wonder if there is a color code for those with the frozen blue trim. I'm still trying to find the right color code for the black hood and bumpers. Thanks.

Protonic Blue C01 touch-up paint not available at BMw

TouchUpDirect in the U.S. has Protonic Blue Metallic listed with the color code C01/C04. Haven't tried it yet.

    TPMS Accuracy

Same here on a 2018 BEV with 19" rims, 1-2 lbs less per TPMS. I typically inflate tires when cold to 34 front/42 rear. After a reset and driving a few miles, they register ~32 and 40, respectively. You'd think it would be higher as the tires heat up while driving, at least it's consistent...

    i3 being seen as Ugly

Not ugly, but funky and quirky, we really like ours and the Protonic Blue draws a lot of thumbs up from folks. Its fun factor is equal to my first Bimmer, a '76 2002.

Rattling noise around trunk/rear interior panel removal

+3 on having this rattle in the rear area from day one. Thanks for posting and narrowing down the area where the rattle is located.

    Paint Back of i3 Black?

I'm curious to know if the black paint on the hood is the same black paint on the bumpers and what color you might specify to paint the white portion of the rear bumper. BMW's Jet Black?

Greetings and DC fast charging question

Good point, but the half dozen or so times I've topped off with an OUC at home, the SOC was already at 90-95%. After an overnight charge, the SOC reading would be close to 100% which would indicate a full charge.

Greetings and DC fast charging question

Just wanted to introduce myself and express my appreciation for this forum and the useful i3 info and insight. Our '18 protonic blue BEV was delivered last September, and we've been loving it ever since. The quirky and boxy design of the i3 and its fun factor equals my '76 2002. My question...
