    Programmable buttons

Ahh, good to know about Google maps. Thx.

    Programmable buttons

Yes, I keep an older iPhone 7s in my car just for CarPlay and podcasts. Waze is so good for maps and gives me the speed limit info. As you say, it makes the display look more modern.

Some good ones there, thanks folks.

    Programmable buttons

I have a few of the buttons set, but wanted to ask what you lot have your programmable buttons set to? I know there are some cool settings so I may steal some of the better ones mentioned...

BMW Advanced Car Eye 2.0 and ACE 2.0 App

Since my last post, I have popped in to a BMW service centre and they want to charge me to just investigate the issue. I walked away and since then I've bought a new dashcam which has been perfect. I'll leave the troublesome camera in place though in case a solution comes up in the future.

My Black Beauty, i3 94Ahr Rex

I don't really use EP+ as when I switch to it the range hardly changes much from EP but I suppose using it longer term would let me see the benefits. I'll have to try it out a bit more.

My Black Beauty, i3 94Ahr Rex

Yes, my default is Eco Pro and try to do as much one-pedal driving as possible. I think I'm going to turn into one of those people that aim to get as much mileage out of a single charge as possible. It's a game in itself. Pity the car software doesn't have a built-in leaderboard for different...

My Black Beauty, i3 94Ahr Rex

OK, but it sounds like just over a 5 is possible with a mixture of speeds. However, point taken about driving round London...

5.2 is simply stunning. I wonder if 6 is possible in this car? I should think that would be near to a miracle!

Great idea. When the bolt arrives, I'll be doing just this.

Stopped lurking, and did a purchase ROAD TRIP!

Love the 'Luther' bit, lol. My trip back home was only 200 miles but like you, I loved the journey back home. I think it's a fantastic little car and I thank you for sharing your first memories of Bobbi Blue with us.

    Changed the Grille

Yeah, I keep looking at them and I'm leaning towards keeping them on. I do like them but wasn't sure until they were on the car proper.

    Changed the Grille

Ordered from Aliexpress, took 6 days to get here. £22 delivered. They literally fit over the top and are secured with what seems to be the stickiest double-sided tape known to man. At least if I decide to remove them it's not too big a pain.

Looks like a great job done.

    Need a part - 07119908004.

It is indeed the correct part if you need it for the 12v battery holding bracket. I'm going to bite the bullet and pay for mine too. Hopefully that's it done then.

    Need a part - 07119908004.

Yeah, I tried to use a M6 x 20 and it just doesn't seem to fit quite right. I didn't want to risk it by forcing it. I'll probably bite the bullet and get the right part and will put a sheet of cardboard down in the void when working in there in the future.

    Need a part - 07119908004.

It's this one here with a slightly tapered end. I've tried a standard 10mm hex bolt and doesn't fit quite right.
