    Remote Key

    I've owned my 2015 i3 since July and all for some reason my remote key isn't working correctly. I've made sure it's in a good location without anything covering it in my purse. Any suggestions on why this would happen? Thank you!

    Sound when in reverse.

    Thanks for the replies. I don't have the Rex. I thought it could be a regeneration issue? It doesn't happen every time but when it does it's loud enough I notice it.

    Sound when in reverse.

    I've had my 2015 i3 since July and I've notice now and again, a thumping noise when I put the car in reverse and start to back out. Has anyone else heard this sound or knows what it could be?
