we have to remember it is ONLY modern EV's that use the compressor 24/7 as part of the battery thermal management, on combustion engine we only use our compressor when we turn AC on in the hotter months, the wear & tear is completley different!

The AC system on the i3 I beleive works every day all year around, it's part of the cooling/heating system for the battery pack

used AC compressors are a massive gamble. With AC you have to make sure the entire system is flushed to remove any debris, any remaining debris will just destroy the next compressor!

Hold on, you replace the entire battery pack with an alternative battery pack, which ads 30kg but gives us 53kwh usable??? wow! will the cars software reflect this with correct percentage & mileage ?? what is the predicted milage on that ?
