    Home charging and permits for install?

    Can anyone recommend a charger from lowes where I can zero percent the purchase? Also I live in VA (loudoun county) - do I need to pull permits to add a level 2 charger to my garage? my main panel is in my garage. Ive also read that some counties want hardwired and not portable (NEMA 14-50?)...

    Good or Bad Deal in Socal

    Not as good as last month as stock has stabilized (I was being offered a good $2k better in jan but i waited too long). Anyway my i3 was $53,795 and I paid $36,900 I love it so much I may get a second for the mrs :)
